BVS DOCTORS may provide preliminary information and assessment, hospital and doctor selection/referral, health tourism coordination, and post-treatment follow-up coordination services. This content is not intended for medical emergency management.
Important Notice
BVS DOCTORS is not a hospital; the Platform is for health tourism coordination and information purposes. Medical diagnosis, treatment planning, and implementation decisions are made by the relevant healthcare facility and licensed physicians. In case of emergency, contact emergency health services in your country.
User Obligations
Users agree to comply with lawful use, provide accurate information, maintain account security, and refrain from prohibited activities. Activities such as attacks, malware, data theft, harassment, and defamation are prohibited.
Fees and Payment
Some services may be free, others may be paid. For paid services, prices are determined according to service scope, hospital fees, and logistics conditions. Credit card, bank transfer, and other payment methods may be used.
Cancellation and Refund
For cancellations made before the service begins, a refund may be considered after deducting any third-party costs. No refund may be given after the service has been performed.
Limitation of Liability
The outcome of medical procedures depends on the patient's personal characteristics and the healthcare facility's practices. BVS DOCTORS does not guarantee medical outcomes. It is not directly responsible for disruptions arising from third-party services.
Intellectual Property
Texts, images, logos, designs, and content on the Platform belong to the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, and commercial use are prohibited.
Dispute Resolution
These terms are subject to Turkish Law. Ä°zmir Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction in disputes.
