1.2 Buyer
The buyer is the person who purchases services through the bvsdoctors.com website. Buyer information is recorded during the order process.
Article 2 - Subject of Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of digital medical consultation and report services offered by the Seller to the Buyer through the bvsdoctors.com website, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Article 3 - Services Covered
The digital medical services covered by this agreement include:
- Hair Analysis Report - AI-powered hair loss analysis and treatment recommendations
- Lab Report Analysis - Professional interpretation of blood test results
- Dental Surgery Report - Dental treatment planning and cost estimation
- Plastic Surgery Report - Aesthetic procedure analysis and recommendations
- Radiology Report - Expert analysis of MRI/CT scan images
- Neurosurgery Consultation - Online video consultation with specialists
Article 4 - Payment and Pricing
Service prices are shown in EUR on our website. Prices include all taxes. Payment is made through our secure payment infrastructure at the time of service purchase.
Payments are processed securely through Yapı Kredi Posnet payment infrastructure with 3D Secure technology.
Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal
According to Law No. 6502 and related regulations, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right cannot be exercised for services that have been fully performed with the consumer's prior consent.
Since digital medical reports and consultations are personalized services that begin immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the service delivery has started.
Article 6 - Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement, Turkish Consumer Courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees in the buyer's place of residence or the seller's place of business are authorized, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
Acceptance
By completing a purchase on our website, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
