BVS Doctors provides digital medical report and consultation services. Our services are delivered electronically via email and our secure online platform.
Delivery Times
- Hair Analysis Report: Within 24-48 hours
- Lab Report Analysis: Within 24-48 hours
- Specialist Consultation Reports: Within 3-5 business days
Delivery Method
All medical reports and consultation results are delivered as PDF documents to your registered email address and are also accessible through your patient portal. Video consultation appointments are conducted via secure video call link sent to your email.
Return & Refund Policy
As our services are digital in nature, the following return and refund conditions apply:
Refund Conditions
- Full refund is available if you cancel before your documents are reviewed by our medical team
- For video consultations, full refund is available if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- No refund is available after the service has been delivered (report sent or consultation completed)
Refund Process
